THEATRE & FILM SCHOOL: HOW TO APPLY
For a place at our Hackney based school, the applicant and their parent/guardian must attend an audition. (For details about our Dockland's based school please see below)
These auditions are nothing to worry about. We are mainly interested in seeing how well the applicant can behave in a team environment and how respectful they will be towards their teachers and fellow classmates. Parents/guardians will also be interviewed in regards to our terms and conditions.
Places are currently being reserved for our forthcoming audition taking place on Saturday 18th July 2009 at 2.45pm. Please e-mail your application form asap if you would like a definite place at this audition.
Please do not worry if you cannot make this date. Still send us your application form and we will inform you of the next audition date as soon as it is confirmed.

You will know within 14 days of attending an audition if your child has been allocated a place. If they are accepted fees must be paid immediately to secure the place. (Installments. can be discussed at the interview).

A cheque for the term's fees, £275, should be sent to this address made payable to Fiorentini Arts School Ltd. Alternatively you can pay with credit or debit card. Please see below.
Once received the parent / guardian and potential student will be required to attend an interview and trial day. Should it be decided by either party that this school would not benefit the child a refund will be made.
If you would like to reserve your place at the next trial please e-mail rhiannon-afschool@hotmail.co.uk and we will let you know if places are still available.
If you want a definite place for your child but cannot afford the fees upfront, please e-mail rhiannon-afschool@hotmail.co.uk so that we can discuss the Payment Plan Options. You are looking at putting aside £16 a week based on a 52 week year and we can come up with a payment plan that suits you. We do not want the fees to be the reason that you cannot send your child/children, so please do get in touch with us.
FEES
Each school operates through three terms and these run alongside a normal school term.
There is a 10% discount for each sibling attending.
PREFERED METHOD OF PAYMENT
Via the Paypal system. This is for customers who have a Paypal account. Registering with Paypal is easy. We are in the process of setting up the system so that we can accept all cards regardless. If you would like a place on the Summer course but are having problems using the Paypal system please send us an e-mail so that will can reserve your place.

INSTALMENT POLICY
Under exceptional circumstances it will be possible to break the term's fees into two or more more installments. However, this will be after an interview to assess whether you understand your legal responsibilities for getting the fees paid and at the discretion of the principle. We are generally very sympathetic to families who cannot afford the fees all at once and would not want children not to be able to attend because of financial circumstances. However, we are not funded and rely on the fees, so we have to be satisfied that you will keep to your commitment of paying the fees by the agreed dates. |
