Anna Fiorentini
There will be a main teacher for each performing arts class providing stability. Occasionally, however, invited guests will lead workshops. This provides an opportunity for students to meet a variety of people from the profession and learn a variety of ways of working.
The principal, ANNA FIORENTINI, takes an active role in visiting each performing arts class making sure staff and students develop a good rapport.
Mark Short
The Deputy Head, is also a dance teacher at the school. Mark has choreographed many industry professionals including Liberty X, Tina Turner, Peter Andre and Ant n' Dec.
Michael Buffong
Michael currently directs for EastEnders, Holby City, Casualty and Coronation Street as well as for Regional Theatres such as The Royal Exchange Manchester. Michael has much experience teaching children and young adults the techniques needed for acting on camera / film-making.
Troy Titus-Adams
Troy Titus-Adams is an Actor, Producer and Teacher. As an actor she is probably best known for her role as Nina Harris in EastEnders and Kim Davies in Family Affairs.
She and her childhood friend, Director Dee Allen have a production company called Heavy Soul and have produced 4 short films. Troy's debuted as a co-producer on the award winning short Simple! written and Directed by Michael Buffong. Heavy Soul are in Pre production for their first feature.
Troy teaches Drama at the school and is very proud to have students working professionally!
Mike Burnside
Mike has many years experience in the theatre as both actor and director, including long seasons at both the Royal Shakespeare Company and The National, as well as regional Rep all over the country. He has just finished The Recruiting Officer at Chichester and is currently in a new production of King Lear at the Bristol Old Vic. He has taught and directed at Mountview Theatre School over many years, where he specialises in verse work, audition technique and the direction of both term time projects and full scale productions. Mike's television credits include Family Affairs, Eastenders, Mosely, Cats Eyes, Bergerac, Vanity Fair and The Bill.
Nicola Hinton
Nicola was the drama tutor for the Millfield Theatre School. She has directed various children's productions, most recently The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe for All Saints Arts Centre in Whetstone. She has lead school drama and dance workshops in Austria, Belgium, The Czech Republic and Ghana. Nicola is also a professional actress.
Ursula Holden-Gill
Ursula has been a tutor of acting and musical theatre since 1996. She has directed numerous theatre projects, and has lectured on Shakespeare, Performance and Vocal Technique in Universities, Schools and colleges. As an actress, her television credits include Teachers, The Worst Witch, Kiss Me Kate, Pains of Youth, The Wyvern Mystery, Dr Willoughby, Trial and Retribution, Mrs Merton and Malcolm and The Bill. Ursula recently won a regional award for outstanding youth achievement.
