* Terms and Conditions
This comes into effect once you have been offered and accepted a place.
Once I have accepted a place, I understand that my commitment to the school is on a termly basis and that the fees must be fully paid and are non-refundable under any circumstances. Fees are either paid in full upfront or by monthly direct debit. On accepting a place, I agree to either pay the fees in full or pay the first instalment on or before my start date. I understand that term fees must be paid in full regardless of absences or late starts. If my commitment is not honoured, legal action may be taken to collect outstanding fees.
I understand that my child will be booked for all forthcoming terms until I have given written notice of withdrawal by the advised deadline (half term) and received acknowledgement from AF School. Please see below for payments expected for late/ missed withdrawals:
If my child is booked in for a ‘Show Term’, I understand that I am committed to stay with the school for the full ‘Show Period’ including all rehearsals and performance.
- Withdrawal by deadline: no payment required for following term.
- Withdrawal given late, but by the end of current term: 50% fees of following term owed.
- Withdrawal given late after current term has finished, or not at all: full fees of following term owed.
If any of the above is not adhered to, I will be in breach of contract and legal action may be taken
